I made #Whole30 ranch dressing, and IT TOTALLY TASTES LIKE RANCH DRESSING. It's homemade mayo, the cream from on top of a can of coconut milk, red wine vinegar, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. YUM! I am going to use the rest of the coconut milk, two bananas, and cocoa powder to make myself something resembling a dessert tonight. Trying to go all in on this #organization thing by getting a real planner. Was drooling over gorgeous $70 designer customizable one on the internet...but instead, got myself this MUCH cheaper but still customizable one at Staples. It has vertically oriented week spreads after each month, which I like, and I added a pouch for colorful pens, and a pocket for miscellaneous papers. Now I need to stay on top of meal planning, and get into the habit of reviewing this baby every. single. day. Any tips out there from seasoned planners? I have a new meal plan strategy: more of a weekly overview instead of day by day. Less granular = less daunting.
