Tonight we tried a dragon fruit for dessert! I love how intensely pink it is, and startlingly white inside. It reminds me of kiwi (texture with the seeds) and the flavor is a bit like jicama but waterier with just enough sweetness. Max and I really like it; Daddy and PJ are indifferent. (Pictured are the half we already finished, and the second half Max and I are currently sharing. We opted to simply slice in half and eat with a spoon.
